You don't need to be alone!
You can create your own team and invite your friends. Or you can simply join another team by applying and hope that they accept.
To create a team, click on the “Home” button. Once in your home, go to Team Status and then click on “create a team”. You can also create a message for future applicants with criteria you want them to meet before applying.
Structure
Co-Leader: they are basically the second in command. When the leader is not around the co-leader is in charge of the dealers and the members. The co-leader can accept and decline team applications. They can also access the team’s funds and distribute them. Also, co-leaders can arrange races with other teams.
Dealers: the leader gives a percentage of the funds to dealers so they can bet for the team. For example, a team has $100,000 and the leader assigns 50% to his dealers. Each dealer can set up races with other teams and the maximum they can bet is $50,000.
Members: these are the people that make up the team. Without trust and cooperation, the team will not survive. Team up with people that you feel will succeed when the time comes to race.
